Board Vitals is a great resource. It allows you to go over 1500 questions, test your understanding of the material and read explanations.Sports medicine is not a major part of podiatry. But I don't think that sports medicine is a major part of a foot and ankle orthopedic surgeons practice either. When you compare sports medicine to diabetic foot conditions, general trauma, orthopedics, ect; it is just not a major part for most foot and ankle physicians (pod or ortho).

In podiatry, it is a serious dice roll if you are undertaking a fellowship just to beef the resume, network, and hope for a better quality and/or paying job. Like the 7 Habits book says, it always helps to begin with the end in mind; it is a risk to do fellowship just because you reach your last year of residency and don't know what that end is.3.
