An RXOM is higher than ESM but the transition from SFL to ESM is seamless. Going from no pharmacy experience to RXOM is crazy to me. You need to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 1+ year in order to become a RXoM. Not to nitpick but rxom and esm are the same as far as hierarchy goes.I interviewed at Walgreens (McAllen, TX) in Apr 2022.
