Me and my friend have been playing astroneer for a while now but yesterday we finished getting all the probes done. The last probe was clipped inside a mountain on Atrox. After activating it we got no prompt or anything to get the wander's to show up we when back to every planet and we cant get it to work.

I've scanned all 7 probes and can't complete when and where because I don't get any prompt to interact with the portal. I've gone back and rescanned my last probe like 7 times to no avail and even went to my first planet's probe and rescanned it too. I keep getting this thin portal for about 3 seconds, then it goes away.
