What worked for me: my default address in my Xfinity account (online) was my previous address. When I changed this default to the current address and then reinstalled my Xfinity stream app on my Roku, it worked. App doesnt recognize home wifi through Roku. Cell Phone and Computer both work without issue.

I have powered down my Roku's, restarted it from their app, removed the xfinity app, reinstalled and logged in again. Still same issue. I tried to watch Fox Business from my computer and it is not working either. 1. Update The App. If an outdated app version causes the issue, you can try updating the app on Roku. I found that Xfinity stream worked fine with my Roku on another TV, so bought the Roku Express 4K for under $30 and set it up on my newer Samsung, set up Xfinity Stream through the Roku and it works perfectly.
