Typical day at work at Davita is 8+ hour shift with a half hour break. Short staffed where sometimes each pct has 5+ patients. Turn over rates are rushed and so is our work. Nurses rushing pct's to get people in and out. Calling patient in when their stations are not fully prepared yet. Attitudes when people don't get their way.
