With smokers constructed of steel generally it is the thicker models that are more effecient because of their mass. If this theory holds true, then a brick pitt, if constructed properly, should be the ultimate smoking device. Correct me if I am wrong. I wouldn't mind paying $400 for materials if I ended up with the ultimate smoker.
