Typically, Xur only shows up on Fridays at a random location to exchange exotic loot with lucky Guardians who can find him, but he has a more lively presence for the Dares of Eternity mode. A friend and I are trying to get the vidmaster seal but fallen hasn't appeared in the legend Dares Of Eternity rotation, are we missing something or do we have to wait another week? This is the weekly reset of 12/28. Legend DoE has set encounters. Next week. I am now able to do dares of eternity legend with other people really quickly, same as for heroic weekly mission or exotic mission legend, I can even farm dungeons now.
