The extended mag FTLB 3 times with one round, once with 2 rounds and did successfully lock back on each of the 3 fully loaded mags I shot. I swapped out the SAS controls (slide stop, and takedown lever) from the standard P365 and added a safety (because of my military training, everything should have a safety... But that's just me.)
