November 2022 edited December 2022. I recently had my mortgage transferred to Roundpoint, but even though I have set up my online account and can access it via their website, Quicken cannot connect. Can you explain the issue? Roundpoint is listed in the Quicken connect interface as if it should work with the application once it is set up.RoundPoint fails to also competitively pay their employees. There is not a tiered pay scale where the employees know their salary range and cap.
