Subaru crosstrek making noise when off.

2013 SUBARU. 1,150 MILES. I have a brand new 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. When the car is off and cooled down, I hear a sound like the fuel pump running. It really is the exhaust heat shields, extensive on the Subaru because the exhaust is directly under the engine. NO PROBLEM with ticking after shutdown. The noise only happens after the car has warmed up (10-15 minute drive), and happens when turning left or right at any steering angle really. I've checked the following: CV axels, wheel bearings, and tires. I'm about to bring it to the dealership but don't want the typical "that's a normal sound for a Subaru". Check the inner and outer CV boots on both front left and right sides. Look for a lot of grease around the rubber boot areas. That clicking sound you hear when turning is what you get when a CV joint gets dirt in it from a tear in the rubber boot.
