Everytime that happens to me I reset the server. If that doesn’t work than reset steam, and if that doesn’t work either I reset the whole computer. It’s worked for me. I also have to restart my router. Jun 30, 2011 · 1. The game may work better if you set your monitor's refresh rate to 60 Hz and turn frameskip off in the Terraria settings menu. At least worked for me. I use dedicated server.
