Tundra 4lo light flashing.

Hey my 4hi light flashes when in 2wd but when in 4hi it's stays on. Both 4hi/lo work. But over the last while when disengaging from 4wd it has been making a noise (clunk) and it's getting worst.It engages no problem.Drive a little. I was at 55 MPH when all of a sudden my check engine light and traction control light came on. My 4LO and VSC light started flashing. I thought my truck was going to go into 4 LO. I pulled off to the side of the road and managed to get off the highway. I put the truck into 4HI and had no problems.
