Valkyr's Warcry might be an interesting one. Attack speed translates to movement speed for Assimilate builds, and the AoE slow doesn't hurt for Chaos-spamming CC builds. I've also considered Oberon's Smite: just have Psychic Bolts and Smite be the 1-2 combo that fires heat-seeking projectiles to strip defenses and do %-of-max-health damage.

Valkyr is a frame that is VERY old, people do find ways to make her great but why would you build her if you can just get normal valkyr, subsume her, and put on her warcry on any other frame, simply because why would you build valkyr for warcry, when you can add it on a different frame and have better abilities.
