Discord streamdeck.
Am getting the exact same problem. Streamdeck is set up to start automatically when windows is started. First time OBS is launched the streamdeck is not communicating with OBS and the yellow triangle appears. Stopping and restarting OBS resolves the issue. If I start OBS first, then manually start streamdeck it appears to work normally.
